Now that Rekindle Me has grown far beyond a garage, I made the big decision to move into a warehouse in Port Kembla. This was so I could service the dense Wollongong area. I also have a mobility disability and get a lot of residual pain in my feet after having a double foot reconstruction 10 years ago due to them growing wrong. I understand Port Kembla is quite a drive for people further south, so this is where my Community Collections come in.

 

Every second Saturday or Sunday between 10 am – 11:00 am, I will bring my van to the southern area and park in designated spots, so you can still bring your items to me. We are going to be trialling this with Kiama, Berry and Nowra on a 6 week roster. Please see below for dates.

 

You will still need to book yourself in to come, so I know who will be there and what they are bringing.

I accept:

TVs, monitors, any electrical cable, microwaves, electric motors, computers, servers, power tools, vacuums, phones, DVD and CD players, blenders printers, game consoles, POS systems, air fryers, tablets, small instantaneous hot water systems, fans, mixers, coffee machines, kettles, medical equipment, irons, telecommunication equipment, induction cooktops, calculators, radios, steam mops, sewing machines and much more! All items are either given new homes to be reused or if they are vintage enough they are passed onto an enthusiast. If they are broken they are taken apart and I recycle the materials that make up that device. Find out more about what happens to devices and data security on the FAQ page.
